Special Instructions: $5000 guaranteed prize money

If you received a postcard indicating Meat inspection at 5 p.m. and first turn-in at 2 p.m. please disregard.

 

Meat Inspection will be done on arrival or as soon as possible after you are set up.  Turn-in begins at:

11 a.m. - Pinto Beans

12:00 p.m.- Chicken

1:00 p.m. - Pork Spare Ribs

2:00 p.m. - Brisket
