Harvey and Jean will be giving Judging
Coordinators (head judge) Classes, in Amarillo on February 6th
and Fort Worth on March 20th. We have invited anyone who would
like to become a Judging Coordinator for LSBS. We already have
five people for the Amarillo and four people to go to Fort
Worth. If you know of anyone who would like to attend these
classes please email me and I will give you the directions.

The Lone Star Barbecue Society exists to foster and promote the furthering and appreciation of the State Food of Texas - BBQ! The Lone Star Barbecue Society sanctions competition BBQ cookoffs, and provides fair rules and fair judging for all contestants who participate. If you are interested in having The Lone Star Barbecue Society sanction your cookoff, please print and complete the LSBS Sanctioning Form. All instructions are on the form.
